Description
Transdev is hiring a Senior Performance Manager Rail to improve the economic and operational performance of its rail operating companies. The role analyzes quality deviations, rolling-stock, staff, infrastructure, construction-site, service-contract, punctuality, cancellations, replacement services, availability, energy efficiency, and other operational KPIs; develops cross-company improvement concepts and management instruments; advises on service-contract economics and penalties; leads cross-functional projects; and presents recommendations to senior management and the Executive Board. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of rail or rail-adjacent experience, strong operational and economic knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
