Description
Intuit is hiring a Senior Performance Partner for its People and Places team to guide managers and employees through performance, conduct, and attendance matters; partner with stakeholders on appropriate outcomes; manage cases using playbooks and protocols; build manager and employee capability; and drive team initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Manager, focuses on U.S. cases, and offers hybrid work with three days per week in the office. Candidates should be near the Mountain View or San Diego offices and have at least five years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience involving performance management, employee relations, or HRBP work.
