WPP Media is hiring a Senior Performance Planning Manager for its Planning team to lead e-commerce performance planning and ROI optimization for several beauty and cosmetics brands across Latin America. The role manages a supervisor and analyst, coordinates with clients and teams across countries, and requires senior-level performance planning experience, hands-on e-commerce and sales-campaign experience, ROI expertise, and fluent English. The position offers a CLT employment model, hybrid work with two to three office days per week in Vila Leopoldina, and medical and dental benefits.
