N-iX is hiring a Non-Functional Test Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated performance, stability, scalability, and resilience tests. The role involves reproducing enterprise workloads and failure conditions, identifying bottlenecks across application, database, API, infrastructure, and network layers, defining performance expectations, preparing test reports, and integrating non-functional testing into CI/CD pipelines. The position offers flexible remote, office-based, or flexible working arrangements.
