Description
The People Experience Partner will provide senior HR advisory and HR business partnering support to Western Australian operations, managing complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance improvement, mediation, conflict resolution, manager coaching, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. The role partners with approximately six key leaders and specialist HR teams across Australia, Asia, and the global organisation. It is a full-time, onsite fixed-term appointment through the end of 2026, with the longer-term business requirement to be reviewed during the contract period.
