ELCA is hiring a senior web development professional for its Digital Agency to lead end-to-end development of customer web and mobile projects. The role focuses on modern PHP CMS and framework stacks such as Drupal, TYPO3, and Symfony, with frontend integration using React, Angular, or Flutter. Responsibilities include backend architecture, frontend integration, technical decision-making, client and sales discussions, collaboration with UX, project management, Security and IAM teams, and mentoring local and international teams. The position requires a completed degree in computer science, communication systems, or a comparable field, at least five years of CMS/DXP/eCommerce web development experience, strong PHP and frontend skills, and fluent German and English.
