Description
The Senior Physician (Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) will work in the Department of Trauma, Hand and Reconstructive Surgery – Center for Musculoskeletal Surgery at UK Essen. The full-time, fixed-term position lasts three years from appointment and includes operating-room duties, inpatient ward supervision, outpatient consultations, teaching and research, and on-call services in Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery. Applicants must hold a German medical license, a completed doctoral degree, specialist training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery with additional Hand Surgery training, and several years of experience in the field. The role is generally suitable for part-time employment as well.
