Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Pilot Plant Engineer to join their Chemical Process Research and Development (CPRD) team in Beerse/Geel, Belgium. The successful candidate will lead process scale-up and NPI support, develop and deploy process models, and integrate digital solutions to optimize pilot plant operations. This hybrid role involves continuous advancement of technology and data infrastructure to support future development and product needs.
