Description
McDermott is hiring a Senior Planner to improve planning and scheduling practices for oil and gas, power generation, LNG, and topside fabrication projects. The role performs schedule analysis, supports baseline creation, develops and maintains logically linked activity schedules, produces progress and workforce curves, monitors schedule compliance and variances, identifies recovery actions, and mentors junior planners. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years of EPCIC experience, with strong Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.
