Description
McDermott is hiring a Senior Planner to improve planning and scheduling practices for oil and gas, power generation, LNG, and topside fabrication projects. The role performs schedule analysis, supports baseline creation, develops and maintains logically linked activity schedules, produces workforce histograms and progress curves, monitors schedule compliance and critical paths, analyzes variances and recovery actions, and mentors junior planners. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 7–10 years of EPCIC experience, and advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
