Description
McDermott is hiring a Senior Planner to improve planning and scheduling practices across its projects and teams. The role performs schedule analysis, supports baseline creation, develops and maintains logically linked level 3 and 4 activity schedules for marine oil and gas projects, produces workforce histograms and progress curves, monitors schedule compliance and critical paths, analyzes variances and recovery actions, and mentors junior planners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years of EPCIC experience on onshore or offshore oil and gas or power generation projects, with planning and scheduling experience for large LNG or topside fabrication projects preferred.
