Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Senior Planner for its Planning Team at the Mount Holly Springs Facility. The role develops master production plans, forecasts, build plans, ERP jobs, inventory levels, and shipment schedules for assigned product lines; issues manufacturing releases and purchasing requisitions; and coordinates with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Management. The position requires production planning and scheduling experience, ERP/MRP knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and U.S. person status; Microsoft AX, advanced Excel, forecasting tools, and Lean/Six Sigma experience are preferred. The role is 100% inside, requires 0–25% travel, and is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
