The role owns production and capacity plans, master production schedules, S&OP inputs, plan attainment, ingredient and SKU readiness, inventory transfers, operational risk mitigation, KPI reconciliation, and planning-process improvements across food and beverage manufacturing and fulfillment operations. It requires a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience or an associate degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP and BI tools.
