Description
The Senior Plant Controller serves as the senior finance leader for the Chesterfield, Michigan and Seattle, Washington plants, owning financial reporting, cost accounting, internal controls, and transactional accounting across both sites. The role includes the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, GAAP reporting, SOX compliance, SAP and Oracle reconciliations, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory management, capital expenditure review, and partnership with plant managers and corporate accounting. It is based in Chesterfield with approximately 25% travel to Seattle and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including manufacturing or plant controllership.
