The Senior Plant Engineer leads plant-wide electrical, controls, automation, reliability, and infrastructure engineering for a manufacturing site. The role owns electrical distribution systems, PLC/HMI/SCADA/automation architecture, capital projects, troubleshooting, OT network security, predictive maintenance, and cross-functional technical leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, controls, automation engineering, or a related field, at least five years of manufacturing or industrial experience, and hands-on automation experience; the position is onsite and offers a U.S. salary range of $75,800 to $170,100 depending on location.
