Genentech is hiring a Sr. Plant Engineer to own and improve mechanical, electrical, and process/utilities infrastructure at its Dixon and South San Francisco sites. The role leads capital projects from design through commissioning, supports reliability and root-cause analysis, manages BAS and CMMS data, and serves as a technical subject matter expert for research and manufacturing facilities. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least eight years of infrastructure design or operations experience, and at least three years in a large multi-functional campus environment. The position is not eligible for relocation and offers an annual salary of $109,500 to $203,300 USD.
