Description
The Senior Plant Maintenance Technician monitors, repairs, and maintains plant systems and equipment, including balers, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other production machinery. The role handles emergency breakdowns, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, inventory control, third-party repair oversight, and production improvements. The technician leads non-supervisory maintenance personnel and contractors, manages multiple priorities, and may work nights and weekends. The position requires four years of relevant experience, U.S. work eligibility, physical ability, and successful pre-employment screening.
