The Senior Platform Architect (PA) at Zendesk is responsible for overseeing all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of Zendesk AI customer engagement. The role requires a customer-focused expert with extensive experience selling to Enterprise and/or Mid Market executives, demonstrating success in convincing C-level leaders of the technical merits and business value of software solutions. Key responsibilities include transitioning prospects into long-term customers, building products with a passion for AI and automation, influencing new product development, and delivering production-grade solutions using AI and LLM technology.
