Amplitude is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to own medium-to-high-complexity platform projects and help build an AI-augmented cloud platform for engineers. The role focuses on Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, CI/CD, observability, incident response, reliability, developer experience, and mentoring. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering experience, a relevant technical degree, production Kubernetes experience, programming and infrastructure-as-code skills, and familiarity with AWS and GitOps workflows. The role offers equity and benefits and provides regional total target cash compensation ranging from $165,000 to $276,000.
