Description
Buyerlink is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to work onsite in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The role owns and operates Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure environments, including networking, identity and access, Terraform infrastructure as code, CI/CD, production reliability, incident response, AWS legacy consolidation, cloud cost visibility, and AI-assisted infrastructure tooling. The engineer will collaborate with platform engineers in Armenia and product engineering teams across North America, Guatemala, and Ukraine, share an on-call rotation, and contribute to architecture and technical decisions. The position requires five or more years of relevant experience, strong hands-on Google Cloud or Azure expertise, production Terraform experience, and comfort with Python, Go, Bash, containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, and distributed engineering collaboration. Compensation is CAD 110,000–130,000, with extended health benefits and professional development opportunities.
