Doctronic is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to improve the reliability, observability, security, cost, and delivery speed of production systems used to build, deploy, and operate its AI health guidance and physician-visit services. The role owns engineering enablement, shared infrastructure, CI/CD, developer environments, agent-ready workflows, incident response, and production support on AWS, with a focus on ECS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Python, and shell automation. The position is on-site in San Francisco and offers a base salary of $180,000 to $240,000 plus equity and benefits reimbursement.
