Description
Electrolux is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer for its Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization in Bangalore, India. The role reports to the Platform Engineering and SRE Engineering Manager and focuses on cloud-native platform engineering, distributed system architecture, technical guidance, and engineering excellence across eCommerce, digital marketing, and other consumer solutions. Responsibilities include working with Kubernetes, Service Mesh, Helm, Operators, MongoDB Atlas, Azure API management, multi-cloud environments, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Terraform, while identifying technical debt and promoting everything-as-code practices. The position requires a computer science or software engineering degree, at least eight years of production distributed-system experience, extensive cloud computing experience, and fluent English; SAP, Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, and event-driven architecture experience are desirable. The role is full-time with a hybrid work environment.
