Description
Mercari is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer for its Observability Platform Team in Bangalore to design, build, and operate observability systems at scale across 500+ microservices. The role focuses on metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLOs, AI-assisted incident response, and self-service tooling to improve reliability, reduce noise, and cut incident detection and mitigation times. The position is full-time with a hybrid workstyle and requires deep production experience with observability platforms, Kubernetes, Go or Python, cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code.
