Worth AI is seeking a Senior Engineer for its Platform team to improve engineering velocity, reliability, and developer experience by identifying workflow friction, designing reusable patterns, addressing performance and architectural issues, and mentoring engineers. The role is centered on internal platform engineering across the Node.js/TypeScript, Nest.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD stack, with a strong emphasis on cross-team collaboration, technical leadership, and operational excellence.
