Description
The Senior Platform Engineer - Network Operations will support Mastercard’s globally critical network infrastructure by monitoring network performance, leading incident response, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining and updating systems, optimizing performance, documenting configurations, coordinating with IT teams, and training junior engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, at least five years of network operations experience, proficiency in network protocols, routing, switching, firewall management, and network security, and availability for shift-based work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
