Synopsys is hiring an Observability Platform Engineer to design and develop software and platform capabilities for observability, operational analytics, and intelligent automation across its global hybrid-cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on telemetry collection, processing, correlation, visualization, alerting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational workflow automation, while partnering with infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, and operations teams. Candidates need 8–10 years of relevant experience, substantial large-scale infrastructure experience, hands-on observability platform expertise, scripting and programming skills, knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
