Tiger Data is hiring a full-time, remote Cloud Database Engineer to build and operate its PostgreSQL cloud platform. The role involves designing database-related cloud features, improving operational excellence, performance, and observability across a fleet of PostgreSQL and Timescale instances, and investigating complex customer performance issues. Candidates should have extensive experience with stateful PostgreSQL workloads on Kubernetes, knowledge of Go, Linux, and Apache, and a track record of building systems that manage PostgreSQL at scale.
