Description
The Senior Platform Engineer will design, develop, customize, integrate, test, and maintain enterprise service-management platforms and workflows, primarily using ServiceNow. The role covers application and workflow development, REST/SOAP/API integrations, platform logic and automation, performance analysis, upgrades, security, access controls, and technical mentoring. It is based at the MTA Business Service Center in New York City, offers two days of telework per week, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience plus at least five years of relevant experience.
