Description
EliseAI is hiring a Senior Platform Operations Engineer to lead strategic technical projects that improve the operational scalability of its housing and healthcare SaaS platform. The role owns product and proprietary business operations systems, cross-functional automation and AI-enabled workflows, customer-facing operations, platform evaluation and procurement, and custom solutions, while deploying production systems frequently and collaborating with Engineering, Product, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. The position requires at least three years of experience building and scaling technical solutions, Python proficiency, system design knowledge, and the ability to work in person at the company’s offices four to five days per week.
