Oracle is hiring an onsite Cloud Observability Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee to design, develop, and operate cloud-scale observability platforms for metrics, logs, traces, and telemetry. The role covers scalable data ingestion, processing, storage, indexing, query execution, reliability, troubleshooting, and operational excellence, while collaborating with product, architecture, SRE, and service teams and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a computer science degree or equivalent, at least four years of industry experience, programming experience in Java, Go, C, C++, or Python, and experience with cloud-scale, multi-tenant, concurrent, open-source, and full-product development and operations work. The hiring range is $92,500 to $209,500 per year, with possible bonus and equity.
