Description
The Platform/SRE Engineer will own the reliability, operability, and continuous improvement of TD SYNNEX enterprise platforms across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The role focuses on L3 incident leadership, production readiness, SLO/KPI definition, Terraform and Ansible automation, Python or PowerShell/Bash scripting, observability, AIOps enablement, provider enablement, and collaboration with Platform Engineering. Candidates need at least five years of platform, SRE, or operations experience, strong hybrid infrastructure and Azure knowledge, and production IaC and automation skills.
