Mitacs is hiring a full-time Senior Policy Advisor to conduct original policy research, environmental scans, and jurisdictional analyses; develop strategic insights and evidence-based recommendations; lead priority policy files; support organizational transformation; contribute to program design and evaluation; and assist government relations and funding proposals. The role requires 5–8+ years of experience in federal policy analysis, public-sector research, strategic planning, or government-related work, with a graduate degree in a related field preferred. The hiring range is $77,100–$97,660.
