Description

Kin is hiring a Policy Forms Senior Analyst to lead the drafting of personal auto or property insurance forms for new states and products. The role owns base policies, endorsements, state amendatory endorsements, notices, and complex statutory packages; researches state laws; responds to regulator objections; establishes reusable drafting standards; and serves as backup for the other line of business. The position reports to the Senior Insurance Counsel within Legal & Compliance and requires at least five years of policy form drafting experience, including experience with multiple states and regulatory objections.
