Description
The Senior Polymer Chemist will lead the development, formulation, and optimization of elastomeric materials for electrical safety products, including insulating gloves and sleeves. The role spans R&D and manufacturing, covering elastomer compounding, dielectric and mechanical performance, process scale-up, testing, regulatory compliance, supplier evaluation, and technical leadership. It requires at least five years of experience, a master's degree or Ph.D. in polymer chemistry, materials science, or a related field, and prior experience with rubber compounding, curing systems, dielectric applications, and manufacturing scale-up.
