E Ink is hiring a Senior Polymer/Materials Scientist to lead materials research for next-generation electrophoretic display technologies. The role focuses on designing, formulating, fabricating, and characterizing polymer-based adhesives, binders, functional coatings, and external phase materials for front-panel laminate platforms, optimizing their chemical, mechanical, electrical, optical, adhesion, barrier, rheological, and reliability properties. The scientist will work with cross-functional R&D, product, process, and manufacturing teams to advance materials from concept through prototype and commercialization. The position is based in Billerica, Massachusetts, and offers an annual base salary of $115,000 to $145,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
