Description
Tyndall National Institute is hiring a Senior Post-Doc to design and implement a research programme on oxide semiconductor (OSC) electronic devices for the NanoIC pilot line. The role involves developing OSC TFT devices and fabrication flows, planning electrical measurements, using TCAD simulations, analysing device performance and stability, and collaborating with synthesis and modelling groups. It is a full-time, fixed-term appointment of approximately 24 months, with possible extension, and offers a blended working arrangement.
