Ford Motor Company is hiring a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer in Palo Alto, California, for a hybrid position combining home and worksite work. The role owns inverter mechanical parts from concept through production, develops manufacturing processes, runs design-of-experiments and process validation, designs lab fixtures and test equipment, coordinates design-verification campaigns, and optimizes automotive designs for durability, efficiency, and performance.
