LaunchPoint Electric Propulsion Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to lead MIL-rated hardware design and product development for aerospace and defense power electronics. The role covers controller and power converter analysis, semiconductor and gate-driver optimization, high-voltage and high-current testing, prototype validation, production support, and system-level verification. Candidates need a BS degree, at least 10 years of industry experience in power electronics hardware design for defense or aerospace applications, and expertise with MIL requirements, converter topologies, EDA and PSPICE tools, magnetics, and test planning. The position offers a base salary of $110,000 to $175,000 plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
