1st Avenue Power is hiring a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced power conversion systems from concept through production. The role involves power electronics architecture, DC/DC, AC/DC, and DC/AC control algorithms, simulation, hardware and firmware validation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need an MS in Electrical Engineering, at least seven years of power electronics experience, and at least three years as a technical lead. The position offers a California base salary of $140,000 to $300,000 plus equity and benefits, including 100% employee-premium coverage under a Gold-level PPO plan and 50% coverage for dental and vision insurance.
