Description
Endurance is hiring a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to architect and own subsea power conversion and distribution systems for its modular geothermal power plants. The role covers converter topology selection, high-power PCB design, magnetics, layout, thermal and EMI management, protection and fault-tolerance strategies, board bring-up, validation testing, root-cause analysis, and production readiness. Candidates need at least six years of experience designing and shipping power electronics hardware in demanding or high-reliability environments, along with expertise in power conversion, high-power PCBs, EMI mitigation, and full hardware lifecycles.
