DLB Associates is hiring a Senior Power Engineer – Utility Interconnection to support utility, renewable, data center, and industrial interconnection projects from study through construction, commissioning, and energization. The role performs advanced electrical design and studies for generator and load interconnections, BESS, microgrids, and inverter-based resources; coordinates with utilities, developers, and other project teams; prepares design documents and technical presentations; and supports project controls and technology adoption. The position is remote from anywhere in the United States, requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer license, and requires 10+ years of progressive utility interconnection or power systems engineering experience.
