Description
DNV Energy Systems is hiring a Senior Resource Integration (RI) Engineer in its Renewables & Power Grids group to lead commercial power-systems projects and deliver technical studies for renewable and conventional generation resources. The role covers steady-state and dynamic modeling, power-flow, stability, short-circuit, EMT, harmonics, techno-economics, generator interconnection, ISO/RTO planning, and resource-integration studies, while also guiding team members, supporting RFPs, and developing analytical tools. It is based at one of several DNV offices in the United States and follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in an office or client location. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and hands-on experience with power-system analysis tools; an active PE license and Python experience are preferred.
