McLaren Automotive is hiring a Senior Powertrain Manufacturing Engineer in Woking, United Kingdom, to lead the end-to-end definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of advanced assembly manufacturing systems for a low-volume, high-value powertrain facility. The role owns manufacturing architecture, automation strategy, tooling, quality systems, digital manufacturing, launch execution, and operational excellence, while providing technical leadership across engineering teams and influencing product and programme strategy. It requires significant powertrain or precision mechanical manufacturing experience, multiple full production launches, complex programme leadership, automation and supplier management expertise, and a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
