Description
Deepgram is hiring a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer based in Australia to support the APAC region. The role leads technical discovery, designs and executes proof-of-concepts, builds SDK and API prototypes, advises on architecture and security, resolves evaluation issues, and creates reusable pre-sales assets. It partners with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Support through discovery, POCs, production launches, and expansion. The position requires at least five years of Solutions Engineering or similar pre-sales experience, professional software engineering experience, cloud and API expertise, and strong communication skills; experience with speech, voice, telephony, self-hosted deployments, and APAC data privacy is preferred.
