Amazon Lab126 is hiring a Senior Pre-Silicon Performance Validation Engineer to validate and verify the performance of complex silicon designs before tape-out across multiple process nodes. The role involves RTL simulation, emulation, virtual prototyping, performance modeling, test-bench and validation-automation development, bottleneck analysis, root-cause debugging, and collaboration with architecture, RTL design, verification, and emulation teams. Candidates need at least seven years of UVM, C, System C, and scripting experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with semiconductor design tools and languages.
