The role covers project pursuit identification, estimating, scheduling, planning, bidding, budgeting, proposal preparation, subcontractor coordination, design-team management, and business development. Candidates need 7–10 years of verifiable estimating experience, familiarity with the local market, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work autonomously from project inception through completion. The position is fully in-person, with a stated salary range of $110,000 to $180,000.
