Description
Auld & White Constructors is hiring a Senior Preconstruction Manager to provide strategic leadership across complex commercial construction projects from concept through turnover and operations. The role leads preconstruction efforts, project budgets and estimates, schedules, constructability, value management, procurement planning, design coordination, project pursuits, and turnover processes, while mentoring preconstruction managers, estimators, and other team members. The position requires at least seven years of commercial construction experience, strong knowledge of construction estimating and project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction estimating or project management software.
