Description
The Senior Preconstruction Manager will lead the preconstruction phase of large-scale healthcare, higher education, and senior living projects. The role manages conceptual estimating, project scopes, schedules, plan and specification reviews, subcontractor and vendor pricing, client and stakeholder relationships, and strategic input for project delivery and profitability. Candidates need at least seven years of preconstruction management experience, strong conceptual estimating and cost modeling skills, and proficiency with preconstruction and estimating software; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. The position offers a $125,000–$150,000 base salary and health, dental, and vision insurance.
