Frank Winston Crum Insurance is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Predictive Analytics Analyst in Clearwater, Florida. The role applies actuarial, statistical, and predictive analytics methods to develop and maintain insurance pricing models, evaluate profitability, analyze premiums, losses, exposure, and claims experience, support rate filings, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field and at least three years of relevant insurance, analytical, or actuarial experience, along with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools. Preferred experience includes workers’ compensation, commercial general liability, predictive modeling, ratemaking, and AI-assisted analytics.
