Description
The Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant will lead and support Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations for United States and Caribbean countries. The role covers payroll requirements analysis, configuration of payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, calendars, costing, retro pay, taxes, statutory deductions, and social security; quarterly and year-end processing; functional and solution design; SIT, UAT, parallel runs, integrations, reconciliations, compliance, audit support, post-go-live and AMS support, impact analysis, and continuous improvement. The consultant will also mentor junior consultants and work independently in cross-functional teams.
